And so it begins!
August 16, 2006
Last week I started one school subject: Bible. I was able to nine weeks worth of lessons in those five days, to help clear my plate a little this school year. It wasn’t until yesterday, however that I started all of my other subjects. I use the A Beka curriculum DVDs, except for Home Ec which I don’t believe they have a DVD for. It’s really weird to me that I’m a sophomore. I feel really young, but I feel kind of nervous because college isn’t too far away now. It’s also weird for me because my older sister, Emily, is now a senior in high school. Put with the fact that she now has her license and drives me places, and she turned seventeen this summer..agh! She grew up before I was ready.
NOCCA orientation is tommorrow, so begins a nother year at the performing arts high school. It’ll be cool to see everyone again, but along with it comes more classes, more unwanted homework and more music!
On another note: Thank you kiddos for all of the birthday wishes! ♥ And another thing, I’ve started taking pictures for the little stars tutorial.
Nothing Lord is hindering, this passion in my soul!
August 4, 2006
Before I forget, Happy Birthday mom & dad! Yesterday, August 3rd, was my dad’s birthday, and today, August 4th, is my mom’s!
I love them both.
I will dance – I will sing – to be mad for my King – nothing, Lord, is hindering this passion in my soul!
I will dance – I will sing – to be mad for my King – nothing, Lord, is hindering this passion in my soul!
And I’ll become even more undignified than this – some may say it’s foolishness, but – I’ll become even more undignified than this – Leave my pride, by my side

La la la la HEY! La la la la HEY!
It’s all for you my LORD!
I love that song. It was one of our songs @ Centrifuge this summer. This Sunday while we do our presentation and lead worship and stuff (our youth group’s taking over the service this week!) we’ll be singing that song. They’ll be testimonies and stories & pictures & videos from camp. It’s gonna be really cool!
