Fifteen

For her sake… ♥ Here is the anticipated birthday post that got screwed up yesterday when I attempted to write it.

Friday night: All of the guys, including youth pastor, had gone over to the house of one of the boys’.  So his wife (along with their four month old baby boy) invited a couple of the youth girls, including me and my sister, over to spend the night.  We had a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake to celebrate my birthday too.  Only three of us slept over, but there was a few more that attended.  It was really fun. :)

Saturday: My sister and I went back home, and after lunch we went to Wal-Mart where I purchased the “new” Teddy Geiger CD I had been wanting.  See, My parents gave me $85 for my birthday so I could get whatever I wanted.  I was a little precarious about it since I’m very money-concious and stuff, but I of course accepted it.  :)   After Emily and I went to Wal-Mart we went to the movie theatre and saw Material Girls which came out on Friday.  After that we went to a bubble tea place, but it was closed.  So then we opted to go to Barnes and Nobles where I bought the Bethany Dillon CD Imagination (I have the first one, already)Following that, we went to a different bubble tea cafe (which was open!) where I got a mango bubble tea.  Yum!  We got home around 5:30pm and chilled the rest of the night.  To top it all off, a new Phil of the Future (The Disney Channel show)episode so happened to come on at 7pm, and we all know that is one of my favorite shows.  :P

There you go.  Happy? :)   Ooh, and today we went to my aunt & uncle’s house to celebrate all of the birthday in August.  About five or six August birthday’s in our family, tee hee.

WHAT?

Noo!!! I just wrote a whole long entry about today (my birthday, tee hee!).  I also thanked Chelsea and Echo for the plugs and nice words from Echo about my photography.  Meh.  It was such a nice little post too.  I went on about my birthday and all sorts of stuff.  I don’t feel like re-typing it all now though, but I promise I will do it some time soon – and I will also be updating my flickr soon. ;)

Coming soon…

…I’m going to do a little tutorial on how to make these star..things… because Chelsea of UM.net is just so cool! :)

I’ve been memorizing Psalm 139 lately, so far I have the first 10 verses.  I’m really excited, Psalm 139 is such a cool passage in the Bible.

On another note:  Eeeee! Echoia.com is back up! Go visit! :D   And btw, my birthday is August 19th, next Saturday!  Jennifer will be 15… :)

My new favorite model

August 3, 2006

…just so happens to be Shadow.  I can’t get over how cute she is, and our family camera takes good portrait shots of her.  Especially outside… :)   If you get a chance, go to my flickr and check out all of the Shadow shots.  They’re under “People & Animals”, so go to that set and scroll down a bit; you might have to go to the second page to see them.  LOL.  I can’t get over how cute she is.  Even though she is 14 years old, she still looks like a wittle puppy.  :)

On another note, it’s a relief to know that Echoia.com will be back soon.  I was getting a little worried when it said yesterday that, “This page does not exist”.  =\

Psalm 139

YAY! She’s back!

No photo today! Today is a full fledge entry, WHOA.

It is so cool, to me, that after one week of camp with no distractions… how much can change.  I obviously can’t change my ways over just one week, but now I have the desire to, and I want to change stuff in my life.  Many things that I thought were incredibly important, are not.  And other stuff, that I wasn’t paying much attention to, is SO important.  So hopefully, with the help of Jesus (`cause you can’t do without!) I’ll change and people will begin to see a change.  I’ve also started a daily quiet time again, I’m trying to memorize a chapter of Psalm right now.
